FAQ Replies

1 - Should I pre-book my spa appointment?

We recommend pre-booking your spa appointment. However, you can always check with our spa receptionist at Coco Spa whether there is an available slot spontaneously.

2 - How do I choose my treatment?

We encourage our guests to choose treatments freely, depending on what they would like or what they feel like at the time. However, you can always consult our spa staff, if you are unsure, or if you have any bodily restrictions or problems.

3 - When should I arrive for my treatment?

We would like to recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment, in order to complete your health assessment and disclaimer form. You will be served some tea and can start relaxing before your actual treatment starts.
